Reggie Evans makes sense, specially in the post season.

Elite rebounding, 6 fouls and most importantly some toughness in the middle? Sign me up for Evans

Michael Beasley is tearing up China any thoughts on him?

I like Evans toughness, but not his size.

I think we should give Jason Thompson a shot. He has the size we need. Maybe a new situation rejuvenates him.

Tony Wroten is still out there, and has more talent than most available free agents

As someone who has personally played in very good rec leagues and been average to bad, then soon after changed gyms and then played in a bad rec league and was all of a sudden great, I don't think he's very good

What about Ray Allen as a guy who can provide some much needed shooting off the bench?

I'm still available -- I can give 6 fouls as well as anyone and I'd be very happy to get paid the pro-rated league minimum the rest of the season.

I agree, but I read somewhere that he's not nearly the player he used to be prior to his knee surgery.

I say Beasley is the type of player we should take a flier on. very low risk/very high reward pick.

We could sign him to a bargain deal and he could at the least be a solid scorer for us off the bench. I know he's got a bunch of baggage, but sign him to a 2 year vet min deal (second year team option) and see how he does. what's the risk?

Yeah, ACL surgery usually takes 1.5-2 years before the player reaches their prior level of performance, as we've seen from most other players.

No way does Beasley sign a two year deal with the second year as a team option. Sells himself short if he does well in the first year.

One year deal. Reestablish a market for him going into free agency this summer.
