Zeller and JJ just aren't that talented.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Towns is already worlds better than guys like kg and Davis as rookies, but you can see clear ways he's going to get even better.   He's had a couple wide open threes that he's passed up.   Dude, you shoot nearly 40% from three... Just take it.   When that kid gets even more comfortable and aggressive, this will be his league.

Also, this is why we tried trading a package around the Brooklyn pick for Okafor.  Size will always matter in this league.

Except it's not as simple as he will get as much better as those other two past this year.  I would not expect him to.  His game is based on skill.  I think the Duncan comparison is apt that way.  The other two developed skill over time.

I've come to the conclusion that losing KO is the worst thing that could have happened to this team because now Zeller gets to play big minutes... seriously this guy may as well switch jerseys the way he's playing

Seriously, Brad, how many times does Zeller have to eff up before you try something else????

Like Mickey? At least his development would be fun to watch... Zeller would have an F in 2k right now
