And when you've got 3 max-paid stars coming together on one team, the rest of your roster is obviously going to be awkward and your cap situation is going to suck. He clearly knew that going in.
You need to be good enough to overcome those things like the 08 Celtics, and more importantly, you need to all work together (ubuntu) and sacrifice for each, which it doesn't seem like they've done.
He can go elsewhere, but he's not talented enough to beat these Warriors as they are currently constructed unless he puts together the perfect storm of a roster with 3-4 other all stars.
