I know one of the starters has played with the 2nd unit at all times but eventually that could lead to a burnout for some of the guys.  AB is like playing close to 40 min a night.

Mickey is not a dleague player.  It's good he is getting conditioning down there but he is overqualified for the dleague.    Unlike James Young who still has a good game then a bad etc. and who knows when will put it together

KO, Mickey, Jerebko, Turner, Smart would be nice to see.   Mickey just strengthens things on the defensive end. Block party

  • Eagerly Awaiting the Next Fantasy Draft
I think Mickey will get his chance, if the Celtics are able to pull off a move at the deadline.

I'm a fan, but with how the team is currently playing I wouldn't change he rotation unless it's due to a trade that upgrades our talent.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

Nobody on the Celts is playing too many minutes.  AB, IT, and JC are all averaging a very reasonable 32 minutes a game.  As the playoffs approach we may see the rotations tightened a bit.

Also, your 2nd team would put Jerebko at the 3, and he's much better as a stretch 4.

  • That's turrible
I think it will happen after the ASB. I see Danny moving at least two of Jerebko, Zeller, and/or Lee to clear some room. Mickey will get his shot then. You can tell Brad wants to play him really badly, but he can't because we just have too many front court players. Worst case scenario, it winds up being how Wyc predicted it, he plays next year.

I wouldn't play Jerebko in that unit.

I'd go with RJ Hunter or Terry Rozier instead of Jerebko. Or even James Young.

I think Jerebko is best as a PF. I don't have much love for him as a SF alongside two big men + two guards who sketchy jump-shots. I think it is better to put another shooter out there in RJ Hunter / J.Young or another ball-handler / slasher in Rozier.

I see what you mean. But I think it works out bc Mickey is still 5-10 pounds away to handle some NBA pfs

And jerebko and Mickey can switch then.

On the offensive end Mickey can do lots of different things. Will receive attention and jerebko can be even more open to hit the open 3s
