Rozier. Thornton if he was on the roster. We're talking about athleticism so stuffs like drive, discipline, skill, shooting etc shouldnt count.

As far a raw athletic tools, Rozier.  You can make an argument for IT like Rollie did, but it's hard to know how much of those secondary athletic markers are pure athleticism and how much is just that IT is a very good and very skilled basketball player.
