I wish he was not doing so well and hoped he wouldn't( I'm cursed)because of his age and playing for Duke, but when a returning player/starter was injured Ingram got those extra minutes.
We would be so happy with a player like him to watch for his entire career. He is a complete player and even being super young and skinny he gets a ton of and 1's, even while contorting his body.
Also IMO he will have no problem with the jump to the NBA 3 point range. He will naturally get stronger both talent wise and physically especially because he is legit a year behind and already showing improvements. IMO he would be getting more steals, assists, blocks, and rebounds if he was a year older. He has great handles and passing...please watch him playing pg in AAU this past summer.
I think he may be best suited at shooting guard right off the bat and maybe he could be dominant over other 2's right away. He's def a 3 but can play every position ( eventually with some more muscle) but because of his quickness, handle, motor, mid-range jumper, 3pt shot, and to put it blunt he is a true TRIPLE THREAT!
