I'd take this trade in a heart beat.  Getting Oubre in this deal is what makes it for me.  Yes, KO is playing great but I rather have Oubre.  Unless we could possible put Sully in the deal instead or Zeller and say our 2016 1st round.

Acquiring Sasha Vujacic is a deal-breaker... maybe we can have something happen to him along the way.

I like what I've seen from Oubre, very much worth looking towards him.

Got confused with Devin Booker... I knew something wasn't quite adding up.

This is a terrible trade. Olynyk is much, much better than any other player involved.

I love Oubre. I thought he'd be a great pick at 16 and think he's got a terrific skill set, but at this point I'd rather have KO

Agreed.

Make it Sullinger (or Zeller) and Turner instead of KO and Young and I'd be 100% on board.

Sullinger is probably still better than any of those players, but getting rid of Turner would make it totally worth it. I don't even care what we get back.

It's about getting rid of a couple guys I don't want back next year anyway, clearing up the big man logjam a bit, and adding another young athletic wing who can theoretically shoot.

I kind of want to just load up on young wings with sweet shooting strokes and force Brad to play at least a couple of 'em.

that shouldn't be the primary reason for agreeing to this deal.  should only make a deal that makes sense talent-wise.

I think Oubre would be a possibility as a starting SF in a couple of years.  not sure KO gets better than a big off the bench or that Young gets much better

I think some are missing the big picture of this trade Oubre would become our back up small forward and could take the start from Crowder in a year or two.  KO is only sign through next year while Oubre is sign to a 4 year rookie deal.  Seraphin is a filler basically in this trade for us an so is Vujacic, who doesn't even need to be in the trade for it to work.  James Young yes is a piece that could be nice, but Oubre is just his rookie year has shown glimpses already off what he can become.

Yes, KO has been playing great as of late, but I don't know if I see his ceiling being higher then Oubre being a starting small forward for us.  Someone who can also play the shooting guard as well and is a top defender.

These years draft also has a lot of talented bigs that could replace KO and not so much as talented true small forwards as Oubre is.  Yes, there is a few small forwards but more talented bigs coming up.

Well, it does make sense talent-wise, because the Celts would unload two guys I think the team should move on from anyway, and also add a young player who might carve out a significant role on the wing as an athletic shooter.

KO and Amir are our only real bigs at this point.  Sully and the rest of the gang are falling off a cliff as of late, although I guess Jerebko is serviceable.  So I guess this would be fine for tanking purposes, but if we draft Ingram then it will end up being a really dumb move.

Olynyk is not getting dealt...Danny loves him...replace him with Sullinger.
