As much as I enjoy this team there isn't a position that couldn't be significantly upgraded.  The good news (IMO) is that the current roster has some very solid players to support a star.  I want an elite scorer who is not 5'9".

I agree with the OP that a talented scoring wing is the top priority.  I'm less convinced that that player needs to be a "create your own shot" kind of guy, I'd rather see them play within the system.  But we need guys who can make shots (although we're certainly making them tonight) and defend.  Middleton or Butler are the kind of guys I have in mind.

Second priority would be to consolidate our depth upfront into more talent.   I think both Monroe and Lopez are good talents, maybe Noel as well.

We are already set with the back court. Need upgrades on the frontcourt for so long and another efficient scorer.

A player with speed, length, hops, rebounding, shotblocking, shooting, dribble penetration and scoring. Because we need all of 'em.

I still think that adding just one All-star-player would make the fireworks. Then, we would see how actually good this team is. And I believe it realy is. Just one missing piece that will pull the team and get the best out of all the others. Without the missing part, the team looks mediocre.

A player that can defend 5's and not be a negative on offense.

A back up 3 that can really shoot it.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz

Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

A wing who can score and put the ball on the floor to get their own shot, taking pressure off IT (who plays great off ball).   Shooting would be nice but I think the most important would actually be a slasher.  Given DeRozan's growth in that area (leads or 2nd in the NBA in drives with James Harden) I like him as a reasonable target.  Obviously there are better players who fit that bill too.  We need more shooting but could add more shooting with other lesser players.

A big who can reliably score.  Cousins is the top end here but there are other examples like Marc Gasol.  Not that either are easy to get.  A guy who is solid all around but can score whichever way.  We have a lot of bigs and like others said a consolidation of that talent would be huge.

Those are the two big ones for sure.  Not an easy task!

We need another scorer for sure, it can be at the 2 or the 3. More importantly, our bigs are soft, and porous on defense, and inconsistent on offense. I'd like to get a real center.

This and a two way back-up wing who can shoot the 3. Those are two areas I'd try to improve more than anything.
