just curious and wish to learn, what makes you think he will fix his shot?
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Henry Ellenson should be added to the poll. Not that we need another stretch 4, but he is considered a top 5-6 in the good draft boards.

I wouldn't draft him number three but Poetlt is the players I want most and who I think will have the biggest impact after Simmons, Ingram and Dunn. Unless Danny clears the roster of all these PGs, I just don't see adding Dunn to the mix. So if the C's have pick #3 and there is a team just a bit farther down who would be willing to trade with the Celtics if Postlt is available with their pick, that's what I would do.

Bender, highest upside due to height age and fluidity.

He can defense multiple positions which seems to be something Ainge targets.

There is no better team for a player to develop on than the Boston Celtics (due to Stevens and how much effort the players on the team give). Why not make use of that and pick a project with really high upside.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

here is a concept: stick with the guy you talked about all year. Its funny how many Skal fans are now on a dif bandwagon and even funnier that all the proof points towards massive group-think.

props to the guys that stuck with him, I don't get his allure especially with 2017 draft and the 4's in it.

Jamal Murray.  I know we have a million guards, but I am honestly starting to think that he's the bpa there

que?

relax man. I assume most people base their scouting on incoming freshman on how draftexpress and others rank them. Plus its nearly impossible to scout high school guys from an NBA perspective even if you are an expert. Now that we all have a little more info to go off of I think its fair for people to change their minds. Im sure to many Skal was a really highly ranked big man. Boom thats what the C's need. Sign me up.

I understand taking some pride in finding a player early or whatever but as more info becomes available all these players will see their outlooks change and that is natural.

I voted for Lab. I think Ingram has passed him at 2. Brown, Bender and the rest have not.

I'm going with Bender I really like his long term potential and fit.

My current top 8 goes

Simmons
Ingram
Bender
Poetlt
ellenson
Dunn
Brown
Skal

To me the top two are set after that I think poeltl and bender end up 3-4. The next group will fal to team preference as a team in need of PG goes Dunn, wing brown with the bigs mixed in

Mavs
Wiz
Hornet

Did you guys read this about Skal, don't know if Ice ever heard anyone trashed quite like this.

I read it. I didn't put much stock into it.

That scout is clearly an over-reactionary blowhard. That whole garbage about Skal not only not being a top 5 pick but not even being a top 51 pick. Garbage. Nonsense.

As for the lack of post game, no toughness, no strength stuff ... yeah, but that is the same things you hear people saying about Bosh or LaMarcus Aldridge when they were in college too. Nothing out of the ordinary for a guy Skal's size (roughly 7 feet & skinny).

It is only two months into NCAA. Need more patience.

Not even top 51 is an over-reaction.  However I've seen several Kentucky games so far and I've seen nothing from Lab to suggest he is a top 10 pick.  He's a big project but he's one of the oldest freshmen.  With his lack of strength and weight, I don't see his play improving much now that SEC play has started.

I here you Who, actually surprised to see Skal avg almost 2 blocks per game in 20 mpg,  he's only avg 9ppg and 3.5 RPG

Aldridge freshman year was 10ppg 6rpg and Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline..663% fg

 Bosh 15.5 ppg 9rpg .560% fg

Those guys are probably both better than Skal, but those 2 bpg and his touch give him hope no doubt.
