 With Simmons and Ingram off the board, who you got at #3. It's a tough pick right now IMHO.

 Crowder's immergance changes the game some as well. In Jaylen you get a physical freak, unreal athlete, but he can't shoot a lick, and Jae can. It would be nice to have two beasts like that to play small ball with.

 If Ainge is on board with Dunn, I might go in that direction oddly enough.

 What Stevens would do with Dunn, Thomas, Smart and Rozier. I'd just say good luck  to you Brad.

I'd take Poeltl, Dunn or Brown.

Skal looks pretty timid, but I'd still take him if we landed around #6 or #7 and he was still on the board and the above 3 + Bender were gone.

Poeltl is looking more and more like the next Marc Gasol, so I think Danny probably targets him before all others.

Size with agility and footwork/IQ/scoring ability AND defensive length just doesn't come around that often.

I think Jaylen, Dunn and Poeltl have the best top 20 player potential. Dunn is a basketball thug (in a good way) and is so versatile- he screams All Star and impact player on both sides of the floor.

Dunn. Arguably the best player in college ball this year and certainly the best 2 way player. You have to pay a premium for height, but Dunn's up to 4 at Draft Express already and he may be the best player in the draft. True PG, best player in a top tier conference, clearly the leader of a very good team, 6'4'' with a 6'8" reach, plays D, scores, slightly above average TS%, 2nd nationally in steals and 6th in assists and was top 10 last year too.  FWIW, his game has been compared to Wade, but as a better play-maker. Has no glaring weakness, but has some real strengths and has upside still. Out his first 2 years with 2 shoulder injuries/surgeries, he has performed at a top tier level from when he started playing. Thought he should have come out as a Junior. So far he looks like he made the right move.

Poetl's 2nd. Haven't seen him so far this year, but his shooting numbers from the field and FT line are much improved and he's a 5. Brown's numbers don't impress even if he fits a clear need at SF. I look at Bender's numbers and I see long-term project, but he's only 18.

Yeah the great thing about having the Brooklyn pick is that guys like Dunn still may be available if the Nets pick ends up at #5 or #6.

Dunn is a spectacular guard. He's like a refined point guard version of Dwayne Wade.
Considering how much Danny loved Rozier, you could argue that Dunn will be his number one choice. He tried to give away 6 picks for Winslow though, and Brown represents Winslow's skillset more than anyone else in the top 10 for me.

Brown is probably better in the open court, but Dunn is the superior player in creating his own shot in the half court- and those guys tend to turn into the great NBA players.

I'd be happy with any three of them to be honest.

Would be pretty sweet to have Dunn as a kid who grew up as local New Englander on the Celtics.

If we're drafting at 3, I definitely want to trade this pick as part of a deal for an elite NBA player,if at all possible. I'm pretty much done with long term teenage prospects to make the Red Claws a better team. Simmons, Yes. Ingram, Probably. Everyone else, trade the pick.
