I was looking at centers in the draft on nbadraft.net and they have Poeltl (who ONLY has a rating of 90) going #5.  That is insanely HIGH IMHO!!!  They have Damien Jones from Vandy going #12.

AJ Hammonds trumps both of them IMHO and they somehow have him slated to go at #28!!!

I want Hammonds with our pick or with our Dallas' pick!!

I wouldn't be too worried.  Royce White had a 94, Austin Rivers had a 94, Derrick Williams had a 99, etc.  DraftExpress is way better.

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
I've been high on Hammons for a while now.
Size, agility with length and strength. Is still growing into his body and has got excellent footwork.

Unfortunately he'll probably rise up into the top 15-20 but who knows.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.

We should have a pick in that range.  If we keep playing like we have in the first half against a TERRIBLE Lakers's team, we will have a LOTTO pick of our own.  Also, I think that Dirk will go out for an extended period with an injury and Dallas will either be a 7 or 8 seed or just miss out of the playoffs, giving us a 12-14 pick.

DraftExpress had Hammons going #49.  That is ridiculous!!!!

Doesn't Hammons have injury or personality issues? I remember seeing his name in the news.

Or am I thinking of someone else
