I think if you're gonna get Noel then you gotta treat it like a draft night trade. If Noel and Okafor cant work well together then maybe you do a Brooklyn pick for him. Possibly a Brooklyn pick and Rozier.
I was going to comment this on the other Celtics/Sixers trade thread but I though it was a bit too long and its a different idea:

Depending on how the lottery goes, (Scenario 1) if we miss out on the chance to get Simmons, Skal, Brown, Ingram or possibly Bender (thats a topic for another day) then maybe you trade that pick and Rozier. Sixers would have 2 or possibly 3 top 10 picks this year with Okafor to build around (and they still have Embiid in their back pocket). and for us it would be as if we drafted Noel with the Brooklyn pick. If the lottery goes well for us (Scenario 2)then I say we trade either the Brooklyn rights to swap in 2017 or the Brooklyn 18 pick + Rozier for Noel.

Scenario 1:
To Bos: Noel
To Phi: Brooklyn 2016 + Rozier

Lineups:
BOS:

IT/Smart
AB/Turner/Hunter
Crowder/Young
Sully/Amir/Mickey
Noel/KO

Still have the 17 Brooklyn and the 18 Brooklyn

Philly:
Rozier
Murray (6th Pick)
Simmons (1st Pick)
Okafor
Embiid

Why Bos: If we missed out on a chance to get one of the Top 5 players in the draft then I think trading the pick is the way to go. Noel fills the need for a rim protector and makes our defense hands down the best in the league, inside and perimeter. Would be sad to part with Rozier so early but Philly will want a guard and Rozier has potential. Plus we have too many guards already so parting with one wont be the end of the world.

Why Philly: Look at that line up. Seriously just stare at it for hours and notice the potential that squad has. Rozier and Murray as scorers, Simmons as a do it all superstar, Okafor as a big man offensive powerhouse, and Embiid (Jurys still up in the air, Ill say that). If Philly has too many bigs then wouldnt they love another top 10 pick to take a guard with?

Scenario 2:
To Bos: Noel
To Phi: One of Brooklyn 17/18 picks + Rozier

Lineups:
BOS:

IT/ Smart
AB/ Hunter
(Simmons/Crowder*) / (Crowder/Brown/Ingram) / Young
Sully/Amir/Mickey
Noel/KO

PHI:
Rozier
Stauskas
(Simmons/Ingram/Brown)
Okafor
Embiid

Why Bos: That draft night fills both of our glaring needs, a SF and a rim protecting C. We'd pick up one of Simmons/Brown/Ingram as the SF and Noel as our C. This team (when developed) could easily be a contender and a real fun team to watch. Plus we get to keep one of the Brooklyn picks to continually get better.

Why Philly: This is essentially the other lineup but one or two years out. Philly will have to wait to take the Brooklyn pick but they can develop their players and continually build their dynasty. I don't think Philly is really in a rush to win just yet.

Let me know what you guys think!

*Simmons is the only SF prospect I start over Crowder from Day 1

probably just me but I think both are too rich for Noel.

I think he'd be a nice addition as a defensive center but his lack of offense reduces his value.  I wouldn't give up any Brooklyn picks at this point without some protection on them and to be honest, I'm leaning towards keeping Rozier since he seems to be more of a natural PG than Smart and with better offense.

Agreed. I like Noel's work ethic and skill set, but CBS obviously wants guys who can be threats on both sides of the court in multiple ways. Noel is not that guy.

So then how would you guys tweak this trade? Or would you just not trade for Noel at all?

Love Noel, but don't want to trade any Brooklyn picks or our 'core' guys without getting something else back. I teeter on whether or not I would do a Smart for Noel trade straight up - at the very least, both teams fill a position of need. I would do this only assuming Noel can improve to at least an average offensive center, though.

Just looking quickly at the Nets salary situation for next year, it looks likely that they will have something like $30 or $40 million in cap space. Since they don't have their own picks, there is no incentive not to sign enough free agents to get to mediocrity for the 16-17 and 17-18 seasons and try to preserve some fan interest. Knowing that, I can't believe that Philly would accept a future Nets pick that might be highly devalued. I think that it will take either Brooklyn 2016 or Smart to get Noel.

TP for trade proposals that are more reasonable and realistic than the norm around here.  I can't see the Sixers trading Noel during the season but a draft night trade would make some sense.  They should have a good assessment of Embiid's recovery by then.  If our Nets pick is outside the top 5, I'd trade it for Noel unless there is a better use for it (e.g. Cousins trade).

Trading the potential #1 overall pick for Noel isn't a realistic proposal, it's a bad one and it's an overpay.  Noel hasn't done enough to deserve that.
