pretty bad loss here. This goes to show that the players really do not care about the draft pick. Why should they? All a draft pick can really do is endanger your job, so why would a player be motivated to get his team  a high draft pick?

That said why didn't Lee play a lot of minutes?

Giving up 111 points to Brooklyn is completely inexcusable.  Losses don't get more shameful than this

We had Isaiah Thomas covering Jarrett Jack and Jared Sullinger covering Brook Lopez.

It's not that surprising.

Whatever. Brooklyn hit their shots today. Today only shows the blind squirrel finds an acorn. Brooklyn still does not impress me. If they really were that good, they wouldn't have let the Celtics back in the game. Let them have this. If anything this will kick the Celtics to get their asses in gear. The refs weren't to blame for this one. This one was just on the Celtics trying to be too pretty and not putting any effort in the first half. Does anyone else still doubt the impact Marcus Smart has on the game?

However, that call on Crowder had to be the worst call I've ever seen. That ref should be fired.

It worked on Friday.

111 points to a team that has no true spacing with its starting lineup and a pile of garbage for a bench?  Shameful.

talk about missing Smaht all you want but besides our defense the thing that really cost us and was different in the last game, JAE CROWDER. He had 5 points only 2rbs and NO STEAL  tonight while Joe had 17. We lose last game if Jae plays this p--- poorly and his man does really well. It's not rocket science!

  • GOT IT!!!
It's time to move Thomas back to the bench and replace him with Turner.

On Friday the Celts made them play their game -- forced lots of turnovers, ran em off the court.

Get into a halfcourt battle with the Nets and the Celts will lose.  They are not equipped to win that way.

Yup your right on .....Celtics played Lopez s game and lost.

Smart is the rocket fuel that propels the team ......his energy and leadership was sorely missed

This is a game where the C's are missing that extra scorer we're alway talking about. Your D can't always carry every game.

So Smart shot the ball for Jae last game too I guess?

we just lost to a team whose second-best player is thad young.

huge fail.

the nets' biggest strength is that teams respect them so little that they'll be facing a lot of lackluster efforts like this (see the warriors game the other night)

if you disrespect NBA opponents by not showing up you'll lose games.

unfortunately the c's were on a mental vacation today, i hope there are consequences in the locker room.

why did NBA schedule our two series with Nets as back to back games with one day separation?.
