CBS must ride this bench to the end, if they lose it so be it.
huh. You ok? Go eat a snickers bar

You need teaching moments for the bench and rest for the starters. Oh, and you need a snickers bar.
there's no way BS leaves all those guys in if the lead gets down to 10.

lol that would have been disappointing if big brothers had to come back in to restore order, I am glad it didn't come to that.
You didn't see Smart in there and RJ on the bench?

Every ship needs a captain that is what that was all about.
You must be speaking a different language.

He's not a big brother, he's a captain, obviously.  Not of the team, though.  Of the ship.  The ship that is this team.

Media naturally rags on the Kings (for excellent reasons lol)..maybe the Rockets need to have a team meeting because their body language sucks, they have no sense of urgency, and play like making it to the WCF last season automatically makes them legit this season. Glad to see Harden not go off from the FT line with some of his BS star calls.

But our guys our playing legit ball and I love it!

Really impressed with the team.  I feel like they all play really hard and since the team is deeper there's not much drop off and we wear teams down.  One thing that really impresses me is that everyone is ready to get their hands up in the passing lane for deflections or to grab loose balls in a way that looks really masterful so far.  The team is very adept at stripping guys in the paint.

Olynyk looked good on defense to me as well.

Smart I think played really well besides shooting terribly.

Bradley is shooting very well from three above the break which is exactly what he seemed to have been working on going into the year.  It's really paying off.

Outstanding game.  That was some of the most unbelievable defense I've ever seen.  These guys are relentless.  I expected us to win around 45 this year, but still wasn't sure if our solid play last year was a fluke.  I think based on the last few games I'm finally sold that this a legitimate playoff team.  Couple that with that potentially awesome Brooklyn pick and morale might never be higher around here.

Only negative is the last few minutes that made Michael Jordan look like a smart GM.  That was a rough stretch from the d leaguers.

Yes on all counts. Smart was somehow +30, despite being 1-11 from the field.

Imagine when he hits his shots!

So last game?  If you can get about 20 points from Smart plus his defense that would be a great player to have.

Can't dispute that the kid is special on defense and a high intangible guy on offense.  Offensively he's like young rondo without the assists.
Smart has a decent jump shot. Rondo always seems to have to gather himself before rising up. Smart is much more in rhythm. Hopefully he starts finding his spots and these shots start falling.

Smart =  Tony Allen impact on the defensive end
I say he's better. Smart is probably best perimeter defender since Artest in his prime.
Smart is like Tony Allen with all the French fries.

+1

Sully and amir are solid
Kelly and amir are solid

Yep. Marcus smart when he makes his shots goes from being a very useful player to flat-out beating Russell Westbrook 1 on 1.

This is why I said that we lost games we probably wouldn't have if CBS didn't force those 2 early season. Everyone is crediting IT4 starting, saying that is the lineup it should have been all along when in reality, if the same 2 bigs w/ or w/o IT4 had started all along we may have only 2 losses or maybe 1. You can tell by IT4 and AB starting unit winning with them 2.

More or less BS has been doing this for 3 years. Just has "his" personnel fully bought in this time.
Being an old Celtics fan, I enjoy watching defense and these guys like playing it....like the BSO.

Rox are defenseless cupcakes who folded like accordions and ran away like teens in a slasher flick.(I ran out of cliches while the Rockets got ran out of the gym)

When are we going to activate Young or Mickey for one game and let them taste garbage time? They deserve a little mop-up too.
