What did everyone think about AB?

I thought he was absolutely phenomenal in the 2nd half today. He was super aggressive taking it to the hole, and his handle and ball control looked much better than it did last year.

Was this an anomaly for him, or will he start being more aggressive taking it to the hole?

How about Smaht AND AB! Great job by them defensively too, Smaht gets steals and AB shut his men down! Ginobli and D Green wanted no part of AB on defense in the second half! Smaht SWIPED THE HELL OUT THE BALL!

It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

Bradley is a horrible ball handler and passer . He had one nice dunk, but is a fumbling bumbling mess when he is forced to put the ball on the floor . Backup SG .

That was a horrible turnover late in the game when he drove the lane and just threw the ball to the spurs , when a man was wide open in the corner . He sucks at handling the ball

I guess you missed the multiple other drives that he completed where he looked much better than normal?

Oh I disagree.  I think AB's handles have improved a lot.  He had one turnover down the stretch, but he has improved a lot with his handle in the last couple of years.  I even saw him do a decent crossover today.

Again, he is one of the worst ball handlers/ passers in the league for a guard . Not sure what you are watching ?

He only had one turnover at that, so he must not be fumbling and bumbling too much. Look at what actually happened and not what you expect to happen.

I am watching some improved ball handling by AB.  I never said he was the best ball handler in the world. I said he has improved.  Nitpicking the (1) I repeat (1) turnover he had today isn't really giving him a fair shake.  If he plays within himself I can live with (1) turnover.

I wasn't able to see the whole game today, but in the time I watched, there were 2 instances that I thought the old AB would have lost the ball, while this AB didn't.  I think we are seeing improvement not only with handles but with decision-making.

And that was exactly my point. Last year he was almost strictly a shooter, but he's looked much more confident and effective at penetrating this season compared to last. It will do a ton for our offense if he keeps improving that aspect of his game.

AB improving his ability to drive to the hole helps him / us in a lot of ways.  It loosens up the D on his outside shot, because defenders have to give a little respect to the chance than he will drive.  It also could really help these poor shooting stretches where we can't seem to hit an outside shot.  I am of the mind that if you cant get jump shots to fall, you gotta get some closer looks and see the ball go through the hoop.  It happened today with IT, where he finally got a drive at the hoop to fall, then he hit a 3.  Even with super talented athletes it is a mental thing seeing the ball go in.

I thought AB looked really good, tonight. He knocked down shots, and drove close outs.

So far this season he has been our best 3 point shooter and has also got to the hoop. I already see improvement this year from last year. Hopefully the finger injury isn[t too bad.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

It might not have resulted in turnovers today , but i saw multiple times where he fumbled the ball today . If you have a decent defender on him , unless he does his one dribble pull up , he is going to have a hard time making a play.  I like him as a 3 and d/ cutter off the bench , but he is not a starter in my mind . Problem is we don't have anyone better than him right now so he is forced to start . Still would like to see Rozier and Hunter get some time .
