I think it is also a sign of the Spurs offense being less efficient with Aldridge in it.

More dynamic but less efficient.

Not creating as many high percentage shots as frequently as they have done in the recent past.


They're still figuring out how to integrate him.  Popovich has integrated guys before, he'll do it again.  Adding Aldridge shakes things up and thats a gamble with a team that thrives on continuity, but the talent makes sense.

Thing is, that starting lineup is so young, it needs a veteran presence.  So long as Amir is tied to IT on the bench, Lee has to start.

One good thing is it seems finally the offense is running with the ball in Marcus' hands trying to run pick and roll.  The weakness of Lee's play has been made worse because they keep forcing these point forward sets with Lee and those really aren't effective at all.
