I want a SF with handles , explosiveness, can hit the open jump shot and plays with effort on both ends

anybody have a list of 2016 draft prospects that meets these criteria s?

Jaylen Brown and Brandon Ingram.

Caris Levert if he gets healthy.

His future is in the BACKCOURT but he CAN play 3 positions, ala Evan Turner. And he's far from a freak athlete or future star, as he lacks "explosion". Not many out there like that....maybe Lebron.
