I think that'll be in the form of money and role, not years, though (although I also doubt we'll try to resign him)

I've gotten really into fish tacos in recent years.

For comparison's sake, JR Smith just got $10 mil for 2 years from Cleveland. Smith has emotional issues but do we think Evan Turner is valued higher around the league than an offensive firecracker like Smith? Tough to say.

Over. And I think it'll be with the Celts. If he replicates the second half of last season over the entire 2015-16 82 season, expect him to be back in green (for better or worse... I'm honestly kinda confused by him right now...coming from someone who used to hate him as a player for most of last season).

lol As i've said before the hate of turner is crazy. He was huge for us last season. You may not believe he is in our long term plans but the people saying he isn't worth anything or that he isn't good is just nuts. This dude will get an Avery Bradley level contract if he has a season like last years. I'd bank on that

Not the biggest JR smith fan but, I'd like to think any team other then the Cavs would've had to pay him close to double.

Edit: Any team that is not offering a wingman spot on a championship team gotta pay JR wayyyy more then 5. ET isn't playing basketball like no 5 million dollar man either. He never did.

I think under because he won't get 4 years. However he'll get at least 6 mil/year. The cap is going up and there isn't enough quality around the league. Like him or not, teams will value him, particularly if he develops behind the 3 point line this season.

But to get to the point of the thread, I agree mostly with what has already been said. I'm choosing the under because I don't see any teams giving him a long term deal.

Even if the Celtic's starting five were LeBron James, Blake Griffin, Anthony Davis, Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson you would still get the hate postings.  And of course the biggest debate would be; Jones or Young?

I'm sorry, IMO ET is worth 6m or more per. You can talk about contract length but the young man is worth that pay and I don't understand people saying he isn't if it's based on his play and his peers'.
