My guess before PJ3 was
Starters: Smart, AB, Turner, AJ, Zeller
First 3 off bench: IT, Crowder, Lee
2 always in the Rotation: Jerekbo, Sully*, KO*
DL half the year:Rozier, Hunter, Young, Mickey

*= One is traded.
Now idk

Smart/ Isiah/ Rozier
Avery/ Rozier/ Hunter/ Young
PJ3/ Crowder/ Turner
Sully/ Kelly/ / Lee
Johnson/ Zeller/ Lee

You really think PJ3 is gonna start on this team? No way. I'm a lot higher on his potential than some other folks around here but he's not good enough to start over Turner or Crowder. Idk if he'll be able to get off the end of the bench the way things are now. His versatility of playing the 2,3,4 and even some 5 is what can get him on the court, but we have a whole bunch of guards and PF's right now.

Very little shocks me when it comes to Ainge anymore, but I would be genuinely surprised if there isn't AT LEAST one or two more moves coming where we trade a couple guys like Sullinger, Olynyk, Zeller or Bradley and get one or two somewhat better players or assets in return. I think Stevens likes having 10+ guys that can give him something when their number is called, but not 15.

And having our rookies like Hunter and Mickey go to the D-League may happen just by default, but I think they could also legitimately contribute on this team this season. Personally, I think were one Amir Johnson injury from seeing Mickey for 15-20 MPG, and Hunter could easily find minutes if Young continues to struggle or a trade involving Bradley happens.

I know if we stick with the team we have, our starters will be much better after being pushed night in and out by their backups.

I also expect the lineups to change depending on who the opponent is. Not necessarily game to game but it will probably be like last season, halftime adjustments.
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

It's going to be guard heavy under any scenario, including the one where the roster remains this way. But Stevens and Ainge want major shooters and ball movement, so they're going to bench dudes like Turner if they don't show better long range shooting. I agree that Hunter has potential and really fits what they like.

Can't even pencil in a lineup right now. Many guys on similar levels ..  . across the board.

Provided this is our roster on the first day of the season (which I doubt) then this is my guess at the starting 5 as well.
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

This rotation you've come up with is a little ridiculous.  You think a guy who was a salary dump for the other team, who has career averages of less than 4 points and 2 rebounds a game, is all of a sudden going to come in here and be the starting small forward?

You have Evan Turner 3rd on the depth chart for small forwards when he was the starter last year.  David Lee was traded because Golden State said they'd do right by him and trade him to a team where he'd get more minutes.  That means if he's not starting, he'll at least be one of the first bigs off the bench.

I'd start adjusting that rotation if I were you.

I know everyone keeps saying we have crowded positions but I think if we do make more moves, I bet we will still have crowds at many position but by design. I think we are going to try and put out a team that starter to 3rd man will give the same effort and pretty much same level of play. What are teams going to do? You face Smart and AB who are clamping you on D, you think you can rest but then have to face another hound defender in Rozier and a non-stop scoring threat in IT4 next. Hunter or Young when hot? Same for our bigs.

Really, we can mix and match minute to minute if need be, when someone is having a bad day, the 2 guys+ behind him will have a chance to do something. Who scouts all 13 players or prepares for all the lineups we can send out? How do adjust to a team if they can change on you anytime w/o a drop in play?

May not work deep into the playoffs but I can see us exhausting teams and winning late. It's like we did to end the season when we figured out how to close. We just keep coming!
