  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
Edit, changed the title because so many people were horrified that the proverbial dust may have settled lol. A few more changes could be coming but I'm not sure who goes out.
Depends on match ups, and I can see Turner and Crowder rotating in and out of the SF spot but I think Turner will be traded before season starts.
My Starters:

Smart
Bradley
Crowder
Lee
Amir

Bench:
IT
Sully
Olynyk
Zeller
Turner (I think will be traded).
Jerebko
Rozier
Jones
Hunter (already better than Young imo)

Alot of DNP's but on roster and D League rotation...
Mickey
Young
Holmes

Our 2nd unit is very good, we are going to crush most 2nd units in the East.

I'm wondering if Ainge has purposely signed Lee and Amir (partly) to keep Sullinger's re-signing as cheap as possible.
Good way of controlling his free agency value in 2016.

So what's your starting line up and depth chart?

It's not even a debate, the dust can't be settled, we have 17 or 18 guys on the roster.
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

I mean we may trade Turner or one of Sully/Olynyk/Zeller but what other trades are there to be made? Any particular players you think we might get?
Gallinari?

The Kevin Garnett trade back in 2007 didn't officially go down until July 31st.  On top of that, James Posey, who was an incredibly important piece to the rotation that year, didn't sign until August 25th.  I repeat, August 25th.  So I'd wait at least another month before you start ironing out rotations.

With you on the starting 5, though wouldn't be surprised if Marcus slides to the 2 to make room for Isaiah. Sullinger could get the nod over Lee too, depending on how he looks. Bench is anyone's game after the 7th man, let's see who earns it in training camp.

I'm not sure, but, personally, I wouldn't mind seeing Sully and IT traded to make room for guys who I see as better long-term fits on this team.

Just drafted Thornton and letting him go?  Can't be, he's playing too well in SL.

Smart
Bradley
Crowder
Lee
Johnson

Thomas
Turner
Jones III
Sullinger
Zeller

Rozier
Jerebko
Olynyk

D league

Hunter
Young
Mickey
Holmes

They really need to make a 2 for 1 trade to shorten up this bench.

More like a 3 or 4 for 1. A 2 for 1 still limits a lot of guys who could/should get more minutes.
The Nets will finish with the worst record and the Celtics will end up with the 4th pick.

If there are no more trades and the season started right now:

Starters: Smart, Bradley, Turner, Johnson, Zeller
Bench: Thomas, Crowder, Lee, Rozier, Jerebko, Sullinger, Olynyk
Occupying roster spots but likely sent to the D-League: Young, Hunter, Mickey
Waived: Jones III
Waived and assigned to Maine if no one else scoops him up: Holmes
