Have to think that Lawson will be moved soon. Drafted Mudaiy, and then sign Nelson to a multi-year deal. It's a lot to pay for a third string PG, especially one who doesn't like being third-string.

However, I am not sure if the Knicks have anything that Denver would want.

They just want him gone. Somewhere down the line they will let him go regardless of whether they they get good value for him or not -- likely not. I'd say there is a strong chance they hang onto to him through midseason scouring the market for a better opportunity. Then give up if it doesn't present itself.
