I was on the Raptors forum to read up on the Deroan rumor but ran into the Bargs on Brooklyn thread. The forum Mod said "Congrats to Boston for their next 3 lotto picks" and posted this image

I hope so NYC FAN. If we end up drafting Ingram, Dennis Smith JR, Deandre Ayton in the next 3 drafts; our future will be very bright for over a decade.

Surprised they gave him vet minimum and didn't overpay
Which is something I suspect they would do

Perhaps they learnt their lesson and taking a slower retool with money smart contracts

This team is lotto bound.  Teams in East last season that should've made the playoffs Miami, NY, and Indiana are healthy again and all got better. Lopez and Bargnani can't stay healthy.  JJ has never been a number one option.  They can't hang.  I live in Brooklyn and was a season ticket holder, that team, with its moves, they really are no good.

I mean, this could be a pretty good pick this season.
