Guile around the hoop.  Can run the floor.  Good low post game for an undersized power forward.  Good but not great athlete.  Long arms with not the best build.

A poor mans Cedric maxwell

Mickey is a very good athlete.  His jump from standstill is pretty explosive. Very quick off the ground. Agile for a big man. He is good at sprinting for his size

Like Danny has said, he is the most athletic frontcourt player the Celtics have on the roster now

He kind of reminds me of a slightly worse Brandon Bass with potential in the long run to be a much better Brandon Bass.

It has only been a few SL games but he reminds me nothing of Bass other than position, being undersized, from LSU,  and both knocking down mid range jumpers.

Mickey is long and lanky, Bass is all muscle.  Mickey helps out on defense almost to a fault going for blocks, I can only guess Bass has a moral stance against help defense.  Bass had the worst hands and dribbling of any player 6'6" that I've ever seen, Mickey seems like he has some handle and can catch.   Bass played defense based on strength, Mickey plays with length.  I guess both run reasonable well and I haven't really noticed if Mickey understands that there are four other players out there on offense and you don't have to shoot the ball every time you get it.

In his best scenario, he will play overseas in a solid team.

Is this based on anything beside personal prejudice?
At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.

Couldn't catch the game either but judging from the box score it looks like he dominated.

Still cant come up with a good comparison

Might sound wierd but after watching this video and the pick N roll with smart somewhere in the beginning, he sorta reminds me of the PF version of JEFF GREEN. Shot release is similar. Ball palming on drive to the hoop. decent shooting range. I am also someone who THINKS Jeff Green is an amazing player when he wants to be. IMO of course
