  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
He sucked the other games, but he's got potential.

I wonder if he'll make the rotation this season or be sent to Maine?
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.

What I like about him is that he seems to be reliable from the top of the key on jumpers and he hustles for the ball.

What I don't like about him is that bigger guys seem to throw him around.  Cooley dominated him on the boards.  They only get bigger and better in the NBA and not SL so Mickey is going to have to Bass that body.

Ibaka comes to mind when and if he gains some weight, and more offensive polish.

He will need to add 10-15 pounds. But at least he is not 215, 220 pounds right now

Was Thomas even a good shooter?

What about a mini Bosh?

CBS will also like the way he can outrun his man in transition opportunities. He had 2 transition buckets yesterday

Bosh, though not as offensively smooth yet.

Tyrus Thomas was a good shooter. He was shooting 40+% on long twos in Charlotte before he wore about his welcome. Good number of attempts.

Triboy, I don't mean to burst your bubble, but why do you spend so much time on Mickey? Best case scenario is that he becomes a rotation player for years to come. Most likely scenario is that he's a career journeyman. Worst case scenario is he's out of the league in a couple of years.

You're rivaling the AWOL BBallTim with the love affair he has for Rondo.
