Hey all,

I am sharing this post from Budweiser Celtics in the Jordan thread because this is so ridiculous it deserves its own thread and discussion. For all of his legal finagling, shouldn't Cuban just sue Broussard for making up lies about him? It is not like he is calling Cuban a murderer, but saying he is driving around harassing Jordan's family certainly reflects poorly on Cuban and could be argued could hurt future dealings for him (players scared he will harass their families if they are in contract talks with him). How can Broussard get away with making this stuff up?
