Smart's got too many turnovers this game. 4 Turnovers, only 7 Assists.

I give him a C+ for the game.

But didn't you also give Einstein a B- in physics?

Hunter in one game has moved ahead of young on the depth chart

Hunter wasn't hitting shots ....he was playing like he understood what was going on .....he was engaged

Hunter is way way way ahead of Young in ever way .......handling, passing , defense , and shooting it appears .   James was gifted a smooth shot ,  but his overall game sucks

Smart said the game slowed up for him this year. Its clear, he is the man and future captain.

I love Smart's interview

"I made a bad play so I have to hustle back for the block"

love how he's accountable for his own mistakes and never pointing fingers...great leader...and he's helping out the new rookies...

god we have to keep him

Smart really looks comfortable now in the NBA game. He is on a different speed than the guys in SL. All those meaningful games last year sure helped. Wish Young couldve gotten the same, difference between the two though is that with his defense, you can play Smart meaningful minutes, with Young, he is a liability if he isnt hitting his shots.

Smart signing autographs.  Gives kid a towel.  Almost knocks over a young lady and excuses himself for it. Class act!

Mickey 9 and 9 -- can he get the double-double tonight?

not quite. But he played well.   He is 15 pounds of muscle away to be able to play off the bench consistently

He has good shot blocking and rebounding instincts. Just the last 2 games got pushed around by guys that have 20 pounds on him/experience.  Plus 10 fouls allowed

Smart has to play like tonight consistently.  Spurs have a pretty weak backcourt.   A better test was against Exum. That was a tough matchup for both guys.

The 76ers are dumb for not accepting the trade for Noel, just like Danny said.

Hunter and Rozier showed much better, Hunter may take Young's spot on this team.
Mickey played well too.

Man, do we have too many PF's and guards.

Just need to refine his defense and box out technique more. Also looks to be invisible effort wise at times. Fixing those, along with his body improvement, should make him a good player for us.

I know people like seeing shots go in but I think some guys hitting their shots tonight have been solid in games their shooting has been off.

RJH has been good on D in each game to me. Rozier has had solid games. Mickey had a good game defensively against Okafor and this and the first game have been good. Holmes has been solid and I think his D has been underrated.

Agreed. Jury's still out on Holmes though.  Definately potential but is kinda in that awkward I'm big enough and lumbering enough to be a pf but I think like a sf.
