Just noticed that Crowder, Smart, Sullinger, and A.Sherod are all following Harris now.

Cant tell if this a new thing or not.

Just for your daily speculation needs....

Saw that on Realgm. I hope we get him. Seems like a strong competitive kid. I feel like Stevens could turn him into a 20ppg guy fairly easy.

Let's go good kid to build with our young guys and young coach.

Lets hope it means more than Sullinger's love of the Hornets.

Harris really would be a strong fit with C's and Stevens style.

I don't like his game at all.

However he is young, 6'8" scored 17 ppg last year and looks attainable. Players who fit that criteria are rare.

I like that he challenged lebron james (like Boston did in rd 1) unfortunately he (like us) got steamrolled when Lebron decided to start trying. However there are very few 23 year olds in the world for whom there would be a different result.

Fits a need, is young, contract wouldn't kill cap situation

Do it

Jared Sullinger unfollowed the Hornets.

Just kidding. I have no idea if he did or not. The fun thing is that Twitter follows has turned into the new "literally shaking with excitement" for the old people on this board.
We're the ones we've been waiting for.

His contract is going to be upwards of 12 million per year probably at least.  If it's lower the Magic will match.

Nice.   Makes sense if we aren't getting kevin love.  Nice consolation prize.

Challenged is a strong word here I guess but I remember way back in the season Harris was playing lebron physically and lebron flopped and Harris called him out on it the Lebron "deactivated chill mode" and went off

I'd love Tobias in Green.

He and KLove would make a GREAT Forward combo.

Let's hope he's not following a guy who's about to be traded, LOL. SO MANY trade rumors/speculations - out there right now.

One thread (David Aldridge speculating), is that Marcus - Noel swap would fill a need for BOS and PHI. So with that being said, I hope Tobias isn't following Marcus to Philadelphia :o

  • Sometimes there's no sane reason for optimism
So Smart, Young, and a pick for Noel will have to hold off until we sign Harris...seems reasonable.

I expect it to be 15 mil + but I still don't think with the rising cap that that is immovable. I mean he's young enough that even if he doesn't improve you could at the very worst find some team to salary dump him on to.
