I just don't see Philly risking helping out Boston. And I think they're more likely to try to dump Embiid--if/when the time comes.

Nobody outside of Chad Ford has said anything bad about Noel's attitude. I don't value Chad Ford's credibility. Therefore I don't believe Noel has a bad attitude.

Good for you. I actually do value Chad Ford's credibility -- he's legitimately connected in NBA front offices. So if want to know more before trading for him, as I'm sure Ainge would. Cs worked hard to lose bozos from their locker room last year and replace them with lunch pail guys. You're at the very least mindful of chances you take in disrupting that.

Team needs? We barely made the playoffs and will def have a harder time making it this year. So everyone wants to fight for the 6-8th spots in the playoffs?

We need to put ourselves in the right position and that is to go youth movement /player development. Everyone was on board when we traded RR and Green. I like the idea of dramatically getting better and by getting players around the league and developing them and drafting players at the best possible position will increase our chances of winning a title.

On the bright side, CBS has solidified himself as a great coach and we have many assets. Next draft is highlighted with 3's and 4's as of now. 2017 is even better with star/franchise talent like Dennis Smith Jr.

He did a pretty great job with his mock draft this year, but this was one of a few times he said something offhandedly that he really should have elaborated on. If he's willing to throw this out there, he should add some detail to it.

I think the Sixers are the exception to that rule, where if they made a trade they would really prefer to make it with a team that they can make better than themselves in order to get greater lottery odds.
