Yes. There is a chance

So you're saying there is a chance?

doubt anything happens before thursday.  draft night or before the free agency period, I'd say there's a fair chance then

The anticipation of something happening is killing me.

The anticipation of the anticipation is making me pee frequently...as i check Celticsblog to see if there are any rumors of rumors being reported... ;)

Yes, that is correct. I do firmly believe there is a chance.

The very least I want to see us draft,

Turner from Texas
Anderson from Virginia

And go after both Gasol and Aldridge if we can't get one or both.

We go into the year

Smart/Isiah
Bradley/Young
Anderson/Crowder
Sully/Kelly
Turner/Zeller

Everyone on the court can knock down the three and Stevens would have fun with that young lineup. Get rid of Evan Turner and Bass plus our 2nds this year to move up a couple spots respectively to draft Turner and Anderson.

I'd go as far to say the chances we make more than one trade are close to the chances we don't make any trades.

One trade no one is talking about is trading one of our late picks this year for future picks down the road. We can't really play 3 or 4 rookies, and picks are almost always more valuable before they are made. So trading some picks we don't really want now for ones down the road makes a lot of sense.

It's always the guys who leave one or 2 word answers that get upset when you disagree.

Or you know, you could actually read the question as posted... "before Thursday".

You keep talking about generalities about possible trades in "the next few days", but the question asked by the OP was specific to trades happening prior to draft day. And on that regard, chances are slim. Not that it may not happen, but chances are slim that anything in particular happens before draft day.

How was that for more than a 2 word answer with a dose of reading comprehension?

So with that said, one day to go.

If any deal happens it will happen on draft day or be announced after the draft ala Ray Allen for Jeff Green

IMO, I think Boston stays put at 16..picks a Euro to stash at 28 and then dumps out of the second round

My wish list, in order:

1. Trade for Cousins (give it a 10% chance). If not,
2. Trade up and grab Porzingis (give it a 25% chance). If not,
3. Trade up and draft WCS (give it a 50% chance).

Anything else would not likely interest me much.
