The kid is a class act. Two things I don't like is his low release point on his shot, and the fact that he can't explode off two feet like you would figure a tremendous athlete could. But check this out P3, the people helping him pre draft, figured out his weakness and he's" pulling against himself jumping" and they think he can Improve six to seven inches in his vertical.

If he does that forget about it he's a steal at 9 to 12 range. All four picks to Charlotte for Stanley Yes or No. Also this video he explains what I was talking about in regards to his vertical.

Without a doubt. You're more than likely not getting anything with the later picks anyways. No way Charlotte does that, though.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

if you're talking about the 4 picks this year (16, 28, and 2 of our 2nd rounders), then absolutely.

I do think they need to consolidate some of their assets (the roster pretty much requires it).  Also, this isn't the NFL.  The more isn't necessarily the merrier & often isn't.

I'd probably have no qualms if they did this.

Now is the time I'm so mad we are not picking 10th, I'm so nervous we won't be able to move up from this crappy 16th slot. Grrrrrrrrrrr, anger...

So basically we get Coach Stevens, a playoff berth and Stanley Johnson for our pick, the Clippers 2015 pick, two second rounders and Doc Rivers?  Yes please

Not very happy, but I'd do it at the end.

Smart + Bradley + Johnson will be a heck of a defensive unit.
"We do so many defensive drills in practice, I come home and I'm putting the press on my woman, denying her the ball.
Y'all are laughing, but it's sad. I go home and deny the wing."

yep.

his shot's getting better.  pretty good motion,  it's a little flat and driven.  nothing broken about it i don't believe.  got better as the season went on.    i see him more of a scorer than a shooter.

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
for Winslow I would, but not Johnson. I don't see him being as high impact.
His shot is pretty ugly and to me he's going to have serious trouble getting that off under NBA pressure. Has no arc, he shoots it straight at the rim for minimal room for error.

No thanks.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.

I mean hitting shots in an open gym is nice but I prefer the same output in a game. I saw a guy at my university's rec center do the same thing a couple weeks ago.
Long-form is far from dead, but please refrain from paragraph-laden posts! Who wants to read that?!
