No ShotBlocker's starting for game 5. it's overrated.

You can color outside the lines a little bit when filling out your roster when you have players like these.  I do agree though that all the whole rim protector nonsense is overblown

We need to add shot blocking, but it is often overblown on this board. The more important spot we need filled is a dynamic 2-way wing player who can get to the line as well as defend the Lebron's of the world.

I think having a "rim protector" is still important, though it's hard to get one on the floor against a team with LeBron.

As D.o.s. said in the game thread, you really need everybody on the floor to be a threat on both ends.

And how did these small teams play against bigger teams? Both Cavs and GSW lost 2 each to Memphis and Chicago. The reason they won was because of the world class players on each team.

Is it elite shot blocking? No.   But he has size and creates problems for the other team.  Same could be said of Bogut.  But he is an even better shot blocker at 1.7 BPG.

Bogut is 7th in BPG and Mozgov is 9th in the playoff, when you consider all the teams and players that is not bad.

Id say this, GS wouldn't even be in the finals this year if they didn't have Bogut to play against Davis, Gasol, Randolph and Dwight. The Cavs just dont have post scoring Big Man thats why the GS can play its small ball lineup, which frees their spacing.
