Draft Prospect - Satnam Singh

Has anyone seen this prospect? I'd heard his name, but have been looking more into his game. Appears to have really nice touch from mid-range. 7'2, 290 lbs. Has spent the past 5 years grooming his game here in the states. Anyone think he'd be worth the 45th pick and develop him a bit in Maine?
