The $45.67 certainly doesn't account for the Rondo or Prince TPEs, nor the cap holds for UFAs like Datome, Bass, and Jerebko.
Not sure whether it accounts for Crowder's QO, or the cap holds for picks #16 ($1.52M) and #28 ($)957K.
Here's what I got by my math:
$44.149M
-- 10 players under contract (Wallace, IT4, Bradley, Turner, Smart, Olynyk, Zeller, Sullinger, Young, Pressey)
-- the *slotted* salaries for the #16 and #28 picks
-- Crowder's QO ($1.181M)
that $44.149M doesn't include:
----------------------------------
Datome QO = $2.187M
Bass Cap Hold = $10.3M
Jerebko CH = $8.55M
I have it at $45,960,246 with your first section, but including Babb.
I find Pressey and Babb negligible, so it would then be $44,065,694.
Then you can take into consideration the willingness to dump Wallace or stretch him, so that could be:
$33,959,839 or $37,328,457.
Now, also need some consideration for the cap hold of unsigned 2nd rounders, which I think is $500,000 per player. But not taking it into consideration at this moment, but something to keep in mind... they should be something easily dumped if needed.
So taking that into account, I put us at around $29,671,543 - $33,040,161 of cap space give or take without much or at limited maneuvering.
