the unsexy answer:
1. everyone under contract for next year is back.  Danny makes no trades for a big name.
2. Of our own FA's, we make an offer to Crowder and probably Jerebko.
3.Gigi gets maybe a token offer to see if Brad can do something with him in a full season.
4. Bass is gone.  Pressey is probably gone -- replaced by someone better we pick up in the second round or by a decent vet willing to take a vet min contract

At least this year we added Turner. If we stand pat and keep all those under contract and let all FA's walk (save Crowder or Jorebko) DA would be a failure. Not saying we need to spend money for the sake of spending but we can't afford to do nothing.
The Nets will finish with the worst record and the Celtics will end up with the 4th pick.

I think Bass might be back unless we can make some sort of trade. Not that I want him. Everyone will be shopped, I don't think we have anyone untouchable right now.

I can't see both Bass and Jerebko coming back.  Ainge is going to want to force Stevens' hand when it comes to playing KO.

I think Bass is gone for sure, they'll probably try to retain Jerebko but he'll have other options too.

Gigi and Pressey are gone in my opinion. need to clear room for the rookies.
Pressey haven’t developed a 3 point range, which he needed and Gigi- all he has to offer is 3 point range (and the potential to be the next Scalabrine)

How many rookies do you see being on the active roster next year?
Who knows..

And that's why he's a legend on these forums

Costello again. I'd ask why but I'm sure he's out shagging fly balls at the moment.

I do. We will definitely not have more than 2 rookies on the active roster next year, and we will most likely only have one.

While I agree, your likely correct, but a lot depends on what happens in camp.   Sometimes a you find a guy late that belongs on a team.   Most often you don't but it could happen.

I think Bass and Datome are gone. Jerebko could very well be gone as well. Most of the players will be available in trades as well.

Bradley's contract makes him a perfect trade chip but his recent play though got me like >:( dude is shooting .287 from three , always going one for something in games... it's ridiculous, we need an upgrade at all positions... no one out there is a starter caliber player, except Isaiah... who ironically is coming off the bench..  ???

We are a lottery team with the most talented coach in the NBA... so I guess this is the end result of that... when you buy 2k16 don't be surprised if Brad Stevens is rated higher than his own players.
