  • I'm a Paul Heyman guy.
Draymond Green fouled the crap out of Trevor Ariza. Tripped him up. Grabbed him and stopped him from getting up and getting back into the play. Refs more concerned about a fight breaking out than actually calling whether there was a foul there or not.

Houston holding their own 8v5..

Eh? Draymond did foul Ariza, but I don't see this 8 v 5 thing? It seems like the calls are even.

Don't like Steph Curry running down the clock on that possession. Never even passed anyone the ball. Just forced a shot. Only a 7 point game with 1:20 remaining. Run your offense.

Another wasted possession by GSW. Great defense by Ariza and Smith late in shot clock.

Terrific defensive play and effort from Ariza. Then has the composure to knock down corner 3.

Impressive.

Nice inbounds pass from Livingston.  Helps to have a guard his size.

Draymond Green = 13 points, 10 rebounds, 8 assists. Plus some great defense.

Shaun Livingston huge off the bench with 18 points. Massive with Klay Thompson struggling.

Him tipping the ball away in the final seconds. That must have chipped 3 seconds or so in the Rockets' set. Great defensive instincts.

For a second there I almost thought Josh Smith was going to take that final 3.

Nope, counted Curry's hoop on that play.   Harden living in the paint, no call after no call.  Six ft's all night?   That's about half his average.   Meanwhile Houston picking up fouls on box outs when GS misses.    Pretty clear home team bias to the naked eye despite their keeping the box score about even.

HAHAHAHAHAHA Welcome to the NO DEFENSE WESTERN CONF FINAL.

CROWN LEBRON already Cleveland will beat either of these teams.

Well, you should also get ready for the NO OFFENSE EASTERN CONFERENCE FINAL.

And I think Golden State could be Cleveland.

It could also be argued that, for once, Harden isn't getting a bunch of cheap calls where he initiates the contact but gets rewarded for it.

Refs have been a lot less willing to give Harden calls in the playoffs; the announcers even commented on it tonight.  He has a reputation as a guy who flails around to get on the line, if you can imagine that.

Me too!  I'm so excited we get to see Josh Smith in a conference finals (for a team I don't root for of course).  The brainfart potential is absolutely off the charts.

I'd buy that, had Curry been given the same treatment tonight.   That push-off to 3pt-leg swing he had was particular entertaining.

Isn't the league suppose to be fining for flops?

Bet ya a TP he shoots north of 25 Ft's over the course of games 3 and 4, when his team gets the home arena bias

I wish the Ainge could have drafted Capela.
