sully made some comments about conditioning, now he has lost weight has anbody seen any differences in jumping-being just a stress fracture there was really no trauma to ligaments like a very bad sprain, so how  long does it take to get your rythm back as he said-is his stamina down from diet change or with jerbko and isiah ,crowder it makes sully look slower-jerebko is so active -i'd like to see him after a year with celtic coaching staff,it seemed his release was quicker in highlites ,maybe they speed them  but i have always commented on slow release as his flaw, on highlites it was almost catch and shoot-anybody else see that--

He allegedly lost 20 lbs... which means he's probably around 290 now (and he looks every ounce of it). I didn't expect to see any difference -- and there has indeed barely been any.

Also, no offence, but the lack of proper punctuation makes your posts extremely difficult to read.

also jerebko hook sees to get blocked the last couple times ,its more like strippedby reach ins-its not like zellers concise compact flip hook but sort of sweeping out there to reach by players behind him reaching in-

Big fan of Sully, but he's still not all there yet. He should be used sporadically. His timing is off, he's missing a lot of bunnies. His mid-range looks good though, his 3s are rattling out, except for a few that looked ugly. His rebounding is down, so he's not helping all that much there at the moment. His defense has looked much better since he returned though.

So we'll see, I'm not expecting much from him, but hopefully he manages to get into something that resembles some rhythm.

how do you guys think Sully matches up with the Cavs bigs?

feels like he should hold his own against Mozgav, but Thompson?

He hasn't been the same since coming back form his injury. although he was better last night.
We will need him in the playoffs... maybe we should have kept Randolph.

He needs a ways to go. At 260-270 he will be fine on the court. For personal health alone he should try for 250.

Oh whoops, I guess that got lost in the shuffle somewhere. I hope you get better soon.

just a suggestion since I've asked about the typing style before -- perhaps hit enter when completing a thought to break up the run-on paragraph.  if you're able to type, Enter/Return should be available to use and break up the block of text into something more readable/palatable to the eye.

i thought i noticed jerebko getting his shot off quicker, maybe he was getting the ball in the right place.
also have noticed his hook shot getting blocked from behind, when he sweeps through the paint a few times recently
if jerebko can speed up his shot over the summer because he gets looks but if contested or senses a close out, he passes up a good shot-
because he is not a real creator but slasher ,he need to be able to get his very nice 3 pointer off.
now is that better--thanks

Jerebko was definitely a steal, he's killing it from long range. I think Jerebko has played hard enough to allow him to stay. I am fed up with Sully, the guy didn't do what we asked him to, and his production has been the same as last year. He is saying all of this now, but he should of taken a big leap earlier this year, but he squandered the opportunity.

He grabs a lot of boards and has some range, but essentially his trade value is the same as last year, maybe worse now due to all the injuries.

Hopefully we can get something for him.
