There have been many teams that have done similar with underwhelming talent. I am skeptical that it is sustainable with the current cast.

That's the 8th best win percentage in the league. 3rd best in the Eastern Conference behind Cavs (18-7) and Hawks (17-8). It's been an impressive run.
