We're 18-11 since the All-star Break.  That's the 8th best win percentage in the league.  3rd best in the Eastern Conference behind Cavs (18-7) and Hawks (17-8).

A few days ago I looked at the player's stats since the All-star break:  http://forums.celticsblog.com/index.php?topic=77426.0

This team has actually been pretty darn solid since roles became defined.   It's been an impressive run.

The NBA: What happens in March, stays in March.

I've always been a big fan of star-less basketball.  This has been a fun group of underdogs to root for.

Hopefully they can put up a good fight against either the Hawks or the Cavs.

If you want to be even more generous, you can start the clock on Feb 23rd.  That was Thomas' second game with Boston and the beginning of a 3-game win streak.  We can throw out his first game (a loss to the Lakers) and blame it on the team adjusting to him:

Since Feb 23rd, the team is 18-9.   That's the 6th best win% in the league... still behind Atlanta (16-7) and Cavs (16-7).

Go back a little farther and we're 22-12 since Feb 1st.  This team has been a solidly above-average team for a very sizable chunk of the year.

Go back even further and I think we're 2 games above .500 since trading Rondo.

I was pretty shocked by you being the OP on this. I will give you a TP for that. Glad to see you getting a bit pumped.

We were 4-11 after 15 games.  We're 34-31 over the last 65.  That's over .500 since Thanksgiving.

Which is why its ridiculous that people say there is not talent on this roster.  You can't post records like that without talent.

He gets pumped about anything he can post that is likely to get a reaction. ;)

There is talent on our roster.
It is young talent getting better.
Imagine where we would be if Wade hadn't run over IT.

I think this is your second-best thread of the year, behind only the Revolutionary Way for Rondo to Shoot Free Throws. TP!

You know when this happened...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5fNsh9lxBgU

I knew right then and there that this season wasn't going to be a tankjob.

Fun fact is that 2 of the guys on the floor in this play aren't on the team anymore and another 1 isn't getting as much playing time now.
