At this point, yeah Sullinger is overweight. Yes, he is also more than likely predisposed to gain weight with a high emotional attachment for food.

However, when it comes down to it, we need to acknowledge that Sullinger is a professional basketball player and a man. If he wants something (such as a long, maximized NBA career), he needs to see what he's doing wrong and correct it. We're making excuses for him, and some are valid. But at a certain point Sullinger needs to realize the consequences of his actions.

This reminds me of the terrible teacher we all have had at some point. Everyone does more poorly than they should. However, some students push harder and get better grades while others allow the difficulty to get the better of them and must accept the negative consequence.

No matter how valid Sullinger's claims are, he's reaching a point where he needs to put up or shut up with the talk of losing weight.

It is a dog eat dog world pro sports, there are thousands of guys busting their humps trying to crack the big time, they might not have the so called talent of Sullinger but will make up for it with pure determination and desire, if he doesn't watch it these next couple of years the incoming draft classes will push him further behind the 8 ball and he may never again get this type of oportunity for the minutes he has had the last couple of years. Think about it , heaps of guys drafted mid to late first round don't get the minutes he has got in this situation.
He said it was god's plan when he first got his foot injury, please , pull your head in and get to work before it is too late.

They get calls all the time about Sullinger and have yet to deal him.
Prove it.   I think they are going to take those calls now if this is the case.

I shouldn't have to prove it. Anyone unbiased by an agenda can understand why a 23 year old averaging 14/8 is at least worth a first rounder. But since you insist, 7th bullet in the OP:
