the linkage of arms clearly shows the effect and fits marcus explanation exactly, marcus was not enraged and out of control and bonner got hit with top of open hand and only grazed-celts should contest this ruling-just an accident---you want flagrant call that hit of isiah in mid air one-marcus -no intent, no harm

watch this schultz video-clearly watch baynes stumble forward and marcus--watch baynes re action to release of arms-that was a forceful event-watch marcus after the release ,there was no aiming just forward motion of arm from release

all you posters who were quick to condem,i played this sport and do not believe it was intentional, i chose to believe marcus and what i saw of clipping before ed's video posting which just clearly backs  marcus explanation---someone should write a further article defending marcus with tapes

I would just serve the game and move on.  It is one game, not like it is three or four.

celtics 4---did you look at ed's video clip from his angle, did you watch baynes lurch forward on release-after watching that do you agree with suspension and stigma that will haunt marcus-an accidental open handed tap -has been turned into vicious blow in press- bonner hardly blinked-

I don't think this will haunt Marcus at all. It will be forgotten quickly and likely only mentioned next time we play the Spurs, MAYBE. He's a kid and whether it was intentional or not, it's forgivable. It's not like we're talking about Wade, the NBA's prodigal son who manages to have one of the best reputations despite all of his "dirty plays".

No one talks about the time KG "accidentally" tapped Frye on his way up for a jump shot back in the day.
Long-form is far from dead, but please refrain from paragraph-laden posts! Who wants to read that?!

You keep referring to ed's clip as if it wasn't the one we've seen since the beginning. He didn't post anything new, nothing we hadn't watched before.

I think it's a good thing if people think it was intentional.

They might think twice before setting a pick on Marcus.
