is there an app that I can use to run WiFi from phone through my PC?

I don't have a internet connection at the moment. Just wondering if there is an android app to use my WiFi with my PC so I can watch c's games. Free would be great, but willing to pay if I have to.

I use tetherfy..it's free and it uses your phone as a Wifi hotspot.

If you have an android, I know you can turn your phone into a hot spot, and you can connect other devices to it!

I have an iPhone 6+ and this is what I do at times, but I'm not sure how Androids work. My settings icon just has a tab that says "personal hotspot" that you enable.

Watch out for those wifi hotspot charges on your wireless bill if you do this. My son did this at school one month and it doubled my monthly cell phone bill that was for a family of five all on smartphones. In other words, it was expensive.
