Dude, why are you replying your own post? Stop pulling a CBS.
It wasn't a reply I was just expanding on it. I've listened enough how Stevens is a great coach and can do no wrong. He needs some fire or something.. I like him and all but watching marcus rarely touch the ball and him leaving in KO as he gets torched endlessly grows tiring.
At this point we can hope STevens becomes this genius coach we all think he is.
It's building character or whatever it is. Sully gets sick of it and walks out but has to stick with it. That's all I can hope for at this point.
I feel Stevens, like most coaches, have there own individual style of coaching. He just isn't a yelling, screaming, overly emotional, demeaning type of coach, he's a keep the ship steady and on course, with intelligent, and uncomplicated positive corrections, so these players can learn.
This team, as it's now constructed, isn't really equip to be pushed towards perfection. They are still very young and too inexperienced. Meaning...they're not going anywhere. He's kind of the best coach we could have for the players we have.
Later when we accumulate some veteran talent and are a serious contending team, we'll see just how smart he is.
To me he comes off as very bright.
