Thon Maker reclassifying to class of 2015

.... which means he'll be eligible for next year's draft. Remember him ? The "revolutionary" 7 footer being compared to Kevin Garnett, Kevin Durant, and Anthony Davis. Anyone know anything about him? If so what are your thoughs and what do you think of Maker as a prospect ?

Maker seems like a really nice prospect, as do a few other guys in that draft class (Ben Simmons, etc.)

I'm really hoping that those Nets picks come through for us! lol

We have a gazillion picks in 2016.  Any elite talent that is available a year earlier will only make the draft deeper, increasing the value of all our picks.  Even if he doesn't wind up with the C's , this is a good thing.

Wait, which draft? The draft in 2016? That's the one we have the Brooklyn pick for. Maybe they'll win the lottery and we'll get the top pick.. lol

He's a good prospect. I don't think he'll be Kevin Garnett good. But he'll be good.

I read an article a while ago that said Thon Maker first became interested in the game of basketball while living in Australia and watching the 2008 NBA Finals on TV.

We must have this guy.
