Good. Due diligence and all that. Hezonja looks impressive in his videos, though I guess everyone does.

Here's his v Real Madrid highlights, even including him short arming some jumpers.

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
Figures. Danny Ainge, embezzling money from the Celtics by taking a scouting vacation on Wyc's dime.

That's interesting since yesterday on Toucher and Rich he said that his scouts have told him there were a few prospects he needed to see in person.

I watched his whole game the other night on NBATV and was very impressed with Hezonja. I know he is said to have attitude issues and be tough to coach and maybe this is true but he can really play. Against a real madrid team full of nba level players he really stood out. He is 19 now given a couple years to develop I have little doubt he could be a 18+pt a game guy in the NBA.

It's nice seeing him get exposed as overrated after having argued with fellow fans for years that he was overrated.. but I don't hate him. I'm looking forward to seeing him [...] bounce around to a couple more teams... eventually come back to Boston[...] and helps us as a role player until he runs himself out of the league.

I'll be very surprised if Ainge drafts Hezonja or Porzingis.  Just doesn't seem to be his MO to go after the foreign guys, at least not in the first round.
You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.

Lartaun de Azumendi it's me and yes, the tweet is mine. Ainge must be disappointed 'cuz Hezonja only played 13 minutes in Barcelona's win. The croatian kid barely showed his game.

Here's the boxscore.

It's not the NCAA he can openly recruit him AFAIK.
