I know it's only another game but tell me it wouldn't be fun picking apart Atlanta in one of our best played games this year???
it might be interesting to see how well we stack up against possibly the best team in the east if we are playing at the top of our game with everyone giving 100%.

How many egos do you suppose a win would pick up here???

I just got back from the game.  Most of those shots they missed in the first quarter weren't as close as they looked.  And they didn't look very close.  I was seriously trying to remember if anyone had ever gone scoreless in the first quarter.

Man, nice ending.

I think they played some better games out West.  Still, beating the Hawks was super!

Prince was magnificent.

He really is an underrated player.

And Turner is our go to guy at the end, no doubt.

A great win, probably the high point of the C's season so far. I'm real happy about it, wouldn't take it back for anything.

That said: I hope they save that game recording, 'cause the Hawks are playing the way we should be, particularly in the 1st half. They're obviously a way better team than we are, and we pulled it out anyways. A triumph of heart over talent and coaching.

A game like this is far more important than any supposed advantage we might get by "tanking". This is how you win, Marcus, James, Jared, KO...you grind it out, no matter how bad it looks in the 2nd or 3rd.

This is how you win. A priceless lesson for our core future players, worth 100 microscopic upticks in our draft prospects.

Always Play To Win. Because that's the only way to learn how to Play To Win. By Always Playing To Win. Period.

Bravo Celtics, and Brad.

You have to admit it would be interesting to sneak into the eight-seed and matchup with the Hawks in the first round.

We wouldn't have a chance in hell, but if we can take them to 6~7 games that would be a huge momentum booster for next season, much like Atlanta itself had with the Indiana series last year.

Great words from a great man

Well, they dang sure didn't play their best game, shooting most of it at about 25% and finishing at 32%,  but they scratched and clawed their way to a win that will not only be remembered by the players but greatly appreciated by the fans who deserved this one.

Down 18 at one point and staring 10 straight days of needed rest square in the face, the C's, somehow reach down deep and come back to pull it off. this kind of hard fought victory will teach our young players a much more important lesson than what you would learn from rolling over and tanking!!!

We are a better team without Rondo and Green.

The Hawks are notorious for having late season injuries....anything is possible.  On the other hand if they are healthy, then you can forget about any chances of winning.
