It's going to be hard for anybody to help the Clippers at this point.
They are most likely going to need to ride out the stom and hope to bolster their roster later on with guys who were bought out following the deadline.
The only tradeable pieces they have that are not part of their big three and are making above the minimum are Barnes, Crawford, Hawes, and Redick and the only 1st they can trade is 2021 and they have even traded thier seconds up until 2019.
I don't think Barnes is going to get you much and while they would love to upgrade him, he is still their starter., Crawford is an important member of their rotation, Redick is a decent starter, and Hawes is their best back up big who will need to fill Griffin's void.
So unless they are going to give up someone who is part of their current top 7 rotation, you are looking for a team that has a player in the 3-5M range, and that is willing to take back multiple bodies (and therefore waiving multiple players off their roster to make the deal), and willing to wait until 2021 for the payment on the deal. Very narrow market.
