Mold your team, require players to work on, and improve their game every year, and come into camp in proper condition.

have all the other players on all the other teams break their legs.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Trade for other teams 1st rounders, and then later on trade them your Jordan Crawford/Austin Rivers type players to ensure that those 1st rounders are good ;D

A coherent blue print filled to build a roster that collectively can maintain elite defence, offence, and good health. Most of the time this comes from 2-4 cornerstone players complemented by highly efficient sold players.
