Im noticing teams defending our youngsters a certain way. Trying to make smart use his left hand and young his right. Both youngsters look like they hit a wall when this happens and pass the ball to somebody else.
What are the chances these guys can develop their "weak" hand?
Is it common or rare to see guys develop their "weak" hand for ball handling once they reach/play in the nba?
Smart isn't as bad as Bradley with the left but he's no Rondo. He'll improve.
as a rookie Smart is already a better ball handler than Bradley, not an issue imo as I see him constantly improving. James Young is only 19 years old! This kid will improve. Yesterday was awesome, seeing the two kids shine
Smart may had a bad game offensively (posting 4 points) but other than that, he had an absolute solid game on the boards and the assists, and his defense has been spectacular. He is definitely showing more confidence out there and showing why he deserves being the starter.
I feel Young will be there soon after the all-star break...he seems more confident and just looks like a kid having a lot of fun out there...Excited for the future tbh
