I also highly questioned the Bledsoe deal (I barely knew who Dudley was and apparently missed his success as an NBA player), but it made some sense at the time. They wanted to get a knock-down shooter (Redick) and needed some forward help. Bledsoe was never in the future plans for LAC, but it really wasn't any worse of a deal than OKC sending Harden out of town and Presti is still considered one of the top GMs in the NBA.
Frankly, the worst deal the Clips made was sending a first to get Rivers, but that wasn't Doc's fault...and even then, Doc made sure that D Jordan did not get sent back as compensation. That has obviously proven to be a very keen move.
