My only knock on Jae is that he lacks the raw athleticism of a KO.

TP - that was pure genius.

Not sure how genius it was, but it's accurate these days.  Crowder and Smart both care, hustle, and play balls out.  When you have heart like that, a strong work ethic, both could become great.
